The proposition

Fewer layers. More evidence. More value at origin.

Three commitments the programme is being built around — stated as design goals, and reported against as the evidence accumulates.

01

Closer production relationships

Working directly with producers, exporters and operational partners to align supply with buyer requirements — from pre-season planning through delivery.

02

More value retained at origin

Designing transparent commercial structures intended to reduce unnecessary layers and strengthen producer participation, with payment terms recorded per programme.

03

Evidence at every stage

Building farm identification, geolocation, production, quality and consignment records into the supply programme from the beginning — not attached afterwards.

How we work

The operating model we are building

We are developing structured production relationships that connect buyer requirements with pre-season planning, farm-level records, agreed quality protocols and transparent commercial terms. This is the model in development — presented as such, not as contracts already in force.

From buyer requirement to production plan

The demand side of the programme.

  1. Pre-season buyer demand translated into production plans
  2. Variety and orchard mapping across pipeline counties
  3. Farm identification and geolocation records
  4. Harvest-window forecasting per county and variety
  5. Agronomy and residue-management coordination

From harvest to buyer feedback

The evidence side of the programme.

  1. Input and treatment records at farm level
  2. Maturity and quality protocols agreed per buyer
  3. Packhouse allocation and consignment-level document packs
  4. Payment and quality-premium records per programme
  5. Buyer feedback returned to production planning
Quality & compliance

Evidence first, claims second

Certifications, testing plans and specifications are published here only once they are held or agreed — until then they carry their real status.

Regulatory note — EU Deforestation Regulation

Mangoes are not currently within the scope of the EUDR. Our data model is nevertheless being designed around comparable principles of farm identification, geolocation, evidence retention and supply-chain due diligence — so that the programme holds up to the standard buyers increasingly apply across covered and non-covered commodities alike.

About

One company, two ends of the chain

GreenStemGlobal develops production-connected supply programmes with fewer layers, more value at origin and evidence from farm to buyer.

Origin operations and farm-level data run through our Kenyan operating company; European market development is based in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. RaDa, our farm-intelligence platform, provides the satellite-backed monitoring and record layer behind the programme.
